WHAM Membership
WHAM General Membership Meetings
WHAM holds two general membership meetings (along with several social events throughout the season). The first meeting takes place just before the WHAM winter season begins. The focus of this meeting is to allow players to meet the other players on their team, to receive team jerseys, to review WHAM rules of play, and to ask any questions of board members.
The second general membership meeting takes place in the spring after the winter league is over. The purpose of this meeting is to vote for new board members, to vote on any proposed WHAM Bylaws changes, to thank outgoing board members, and to get feedback from WHAM members.
In addition to these two general membership meetings, the WHAM board of directors meets on a monthly basis (see Board Meetings/Minutes link for date/location/time). All WHAM members and the public are welcome at the board meetings.
Meetings will be held on the second Thursday of the month at 6pm, unless otherwise stated. If you plan to attend a board meeting, please double-check with a board member first to make sure the meeting is scheduled as planned.
